Wait wasn't 18 slightly stronger then 17?

The way I see it it should be 17-18-16. I may be wrong. But do however you guys may see fit.

No, it's the opposite.

18 is the woman ^^

17 was supposed to be the strongest cyborg (cell excluded) with 16 being a complete android.

Download ESF 1.3 Open Beta: Final too get a slightest idea of what the controlls are like.

It controls like a TPS game. You see your char from the back. There is no aiming assistance or anything like that.

But you can look at youtube vids of the older version. The general control scheme is the same.

Or download 1.2.3

16 > 17 18 < cell clearly but...

In the show the powers go as follow 18< 17< imperfect Cell < 16 < semi perfect Cell < perfect Cell

Well..17 was weaker then Imperfect Cell after Cell had gone about absorbing a fraction of the planet.. is it ever stated that he is simply stronger from the start in the 'past' timeline?

Never stated. All we know is that the past androids are stronger than their future versions.

I agree that we should finally get to see Goku. So far it's only been a pic with "Piccolized" version of him. Which I no longer have.
