Anyway...

Seems your (as a team) characters have deformation in animation around legs. There's like whole one part pretty straight and not following animation below that red line he has around pelvis

Im not sure if you guys want it like that or animations are still not complited, but im just pointing it out....

Isn't it possible to add a cold sort of color filter on the characters? The lighting would strike them a lot better that way.

Piccolo looks very "cool" in that picture.
Graphics are looking slick as always!
The level is just missing one thing. A snowman.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a snowman on that map. And I like Didgy's idea of having some kind of filter/aura to give them just a tad more icy look

Also question, er i am not sure how exactly to ask this, nor if the terms i am using are correct but
Will each stage have its own 'effects'? Like you know in a grassy terrain, moving around gives a brown particle effect(they go backwards as the character goes forward), so will this one have blue ice styled particles instead? This includes explosions as well, will they have their own effects per stage instead of a default brown rocks going apart effect?

By the time Final is done, I'm sure it will be pretty safe to say you will need to wear a condom during gameplay. ESF is indeed in good hands.
