I Need a Sig

Can Either Spin or Judge make me a Sig. I want it to be loosley based on my current Radiation symbol and the words that go with it. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I would really appreciate it. And could you use only Arthos as the name, and include random SSJs in it. I would REALLY appreciate this.
