does anyone know how to do the blowdown trick

k when i look in half-life model veiwer at the models it has things called blowdown blow back and blow up or sumthin does anyone know hhow to do that for a little hint help its the thing where u hitsomeone with two hands or sumthing and they fly

im afraid that attack isnt in ESf (its not been mentioned anyway), but may be in later as its a cool melee attack and is used quite often on DBZ. What it actually is I don't know I think its just a player model for puching in certain direction?
