Nice moves balance
Bad

Animations seem to kick in late
Kamehameha is too weak compared to final flash

Good:
-Great Kamehameha platform
-High PL and Ki means more durable, more able to teleport, more power available for PSing
-Solar Flare often scares people into escaping
-There's no lame move associated with him (Disk/Big Bang/Eye Laser/Final Flash) so no one will compain at you.

Bad:
-Spirit Bomb takes too long charge for effect
-Has no quickly prepared fire&move attack
-Only one Solar Flare/life means a weakness in long battles
-Solar Flare not useful in large servers: you're a target, and if someone gets you then you've left them a blind foe
