Hhhhhhhheeeeeellllllllppppp!

This does not pretain to ESF but anyways I just downloaded Legend of Mir and I'm installing it. Suddenly I get an error:

The InstallShield Engine (iKernal.exe)could not be launched.

No such interface supported.

Then i thought Hmm and I just let it be because I thoght there was something wrong with where I got it from. Then an hour later I downloaded Ragnarok Online and got the same message. Does anyone know how to fix this problem ?

try asking in the forums of the makers

Tried, I got now answer and they have no clue whats wrong.
