Problems with some of the player skins showing up...

Ok, i finally got the game workin under D3d mode. It's a bit of an annoyance to have to switch back and forth for ESF and CS, but i'll make do. Anyways, the NEW problem i'm having is with the player models not showing up correctly. For some characters such as Buu, Gohan, and Krillen, the model that shows up is the player.mdl model, which is of a gray piccolo. i have all the models in their folders, cuz i've never moved any of that stuff around. Those characters also don't have a picture in the player selection GUI. Any ideas on how to fix this?

its just un-finished player models and are put in there so that can still be used
