ESF no work

If I activating the ESF Mod from the ingame mod menu in halflife then click the console button or try to start a lan game the program displays the loading screen for 1-2 minutes than reports that an error has occured with hl and then windows says the problem is because of:

AppName: hl.exe AppVer: 1.1.0.8 ModName: client.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0007e043

WTF is up? Why can't i play ESF?

Could someone please place a link of the Ver2.0 ESF Client.dll in a reply to this thread. It may not be the problem but i've tried everything else and don't want to re-download 40mbs of ESF on 56k Dial-Up
