Forum Rules

This may not have anything at all reguarding the mod but a suggestion none the less.

I'm thinking the forum rules shoud be updated, would prevent people from posting random stuff anywhere, also it'd prevent spamming new people lol. Instead just say something like "Read the rules :S"

Or something to that effect.

I think that when ever a n00b has just signed in for the first tm ethey should be redirected to the rulez page. And to make sure they read it put a password somewhere in there so they have to enter it, and read it.

or that lil thing they have on some sites like "you must read all this and scroll down". Or something like that

Ahhhhh those are so annoying.
