Battle Worn Models?

Now I don't know if it's possible or not (thats your job) but I sure think it would be cool if you got battle damaged. Like in the show, where Gokus and Co.'s clothes get ripped and torn after sustaining a certain amount of damage. So if you get hit by a beam and get low health, that blast should knock you back/out of the sky(depending on where you are) into the ground. You should then be surrounded by dust, so no one notices the models change, and Hey presto, your models different and you clothes are torn and stuff.
