Speed boast/beam block combo

i know both beam blocking and speed boost have been suggested but what if you could block again beams with your self.

eg.

player one charges his beam weapon but player 2 goes ehh whats this and charges his speed boost then when P1 fires his beam P2 fires him self and the beam and pushes against it using his own speed to push it back it should be a Power Struggle.
eg:
