Picking up usable objects

I think it would be cool if you could pick up a hand full of dust and throw it into your opponents eyes and temporarly blind your enemy. Or maybe pick up a rope and teleport behind your enemy and stranggle him until he finds away out

something like this was already suggested, I think the name of the thread was "Items", everyone hated it anyway...
