New ki ball attack

Instead of how the small ki attacks are now, I think they should be changed to a charge attack. The longer you charge the more ki balls you would fire. Oh, and the ki balls would come out very quickly, like when vegeta goes crazy and does his galactic gunfire, but not as powerfull. They would be as powerfull as they are now, just a charge attack istead of just clicking. I was thinking about giving this as a special move to vegeta, but I thought he is unbalanced as it is so I just suggested it be for every character instead.

They already are impletementing a generic beam, Please for the love of gawd read the dev journals.
