there should be power tellers for some people like when they sense it and stuff and have saiyan power readers for vegeta and freeza stage one orelse have like a sense when a beam is comming and be able to look at people and tell power thats it! but i know there giving everyone readers

no no they gave a scouter to everyone!!! only 2 people had it on the show so i posted this

the scouter is just used to represent the abiltiy to sense ki...... it wud be pretty hard to like put that in unless they connect wires to ur brain or sumfin.... its just there to add gameplay....
