I had an idea for Rising PLs. Perhaps your normal abilitys become better. Increased speed and agility. Your damage dealing already increases, why not everything else.

say u wanna practice wit like Goku...but ur a Vegeta. everyone else will have a High PL, and ull be stuck at the bottom, that SUCKS d00d!

oo... mayb thats for the beta then.. i dunno... but they wud've put it in at the start wudn they??.... its like an obvious idea.. coz in the show.... usually the higher ur pl the faster u can go... cept ussj.... thats just botcho...

u go faster when u turbo and ssj so i guess u could think of this as going faster when u are stronger

so... u dun go faster if ur pl is higher??...... neway of upgradin ur speed??... and do sum characters go faster than others??.. cept for ussj trunks...
