Where they pics from this mod?

I remember when i first found this site (through a link) it showed some pictures of Vegeta. The screen looked like the beta of this, it had a scouter, and similer life meter, and the level he was a lava pit, i think i've seen that in this game (i think..?). Anyway what made me say wow, was that Shen Long was next to him . Is Sheng long in the beta? Sorry if this has been answered or if this is the wrong board, just seeing if i was looking at pics of ESF or not, thanks.
