im not sure... but you can move when charging certain attacks and the K wave is one of those attacks

No, you can't teleport whilst holding the K-Wave or any attack. Not for this release anyways

Yes...while charging and holding an attack, your speed drops to about half.

Why change it?

With the attacks like the Big bang and Special Beam Cannon, are you going to have to stand there through the whole attack or are you going to be able to move like you can in alpha?

What do you mean?? It's been a long while since I played the Alpha If you mean can you move as soon as you fire a "stationary" attack, then yes, you can move.

You can basically only move with the smaller attacks like Kamehameha, but not the bigger ones like Final Flash!!

so can you still move with D disc and the F disc

also is the Animation of the D disc cool or is it the current aplha one
