The "Console"

Ok, I have been playing Esf for a while now without the CONSOLE. I need it bad. :cry: I have done the thing where you put the ~ in the Half-Life icon properties and that doesnt work for my Esf though ? Maybe if some of you know what the prob is that would be AWSOME to post it here lol. Alright well, thx

This happends too me sometimes aswell. I just go CTRL + ALT + Del hit cancel and it works samething goes for viewing scores. Its just a problem that occurs sometime I hope its fixed in beta.

You need to put -console in your ESF icon properties, not HL.

Ok, yeah. I was just playing Esf and some guy said the same thing, but I never got a Esf icon ?

also go to the esforces folder and enter developer 1 in the autoexec file.

Now you CAN see who killed who without entering the console. YAY

gets reset to developer 0 if you use the SSJ Script.

Ok,do this

1.Right click on your HL icon (the main game)
2. click properties
3.put this in: C:\SIERRA\Half-Life\hl.exe -dev -console

4.itll let u pull down the console in everygame and for HL and some others gives you developer's mode.


to make it simple, after C:\SIERRA\Half-Life\hl.exe
put a space after hl.exe and -dev -console

once that happened to me and i went to controls and did defualt and it worked i...thinks that did ito_o

Yeah, I dont know if I tried that or not. But either way is awsome ........
