I think that if a non-beam attack is used (big bang attack, special beam cannon, etc.), instead of after it is shot you can immediately move, there would be a 2-5 second delay to where you must stay still. I always find people shooting off a big bang at someone then strafing and doing it again, I mean, they are not vulnerable at all after it is fired while beam attackers must stand still.

i think that they should make powerful attacks like the big bang that u have to stay still and pump power into it so u can ps with it so there isnt and unfair atvantage to characters with like BBA attacks

I think that its 0kay as it is.

1.] You can move after "Non-Beam" because its very hard to hit with (and you cant force it)
2.] You stay with the "Force-able beam", Untill it hits (makes it easyer to hit with)

So i think its okay, remember that you cant get away from the beam in the Beta like you can in 2.0

So I think its okay as it is ^_^
