Question about transformations (might be new)

Ok, in the manual it says transformation powerlevel (a powerlevel) and then it says perfect transformation (powerlevel) whats the difference between those 2 can someone explain

Transformation powerlevel is the powerlevel you require to transform. It is the MINIMUM requirement, and is a 10 second transformation. Perfect transformation powerlevel is the powerlevel you require to tranform instantly. Of course, in between, the time gets shorter and shorter as your powerlevel gets closer to perfect.
