battlecom and roger wilco are voice programs
some1 makes a server and other ppl join
then they can speak to each other
that´s it

how many people acually use the voice comm in cs other than in clan matches. :|. i allways just mute people that use mic caus they sound like mickey mouse

cause im 11 but i dont rly talk much only if people talk to me or i see somone i know.. but i dont yell KAMEHAMEHA!!!!!..

The only reason it's not in is that it'd be kinda uselss in ESF as it's less tactically team oriented than say NS. Not that it doesn't have important tactical play aspects, it just doesn't need voice comm for it. And I for one am glad because despite the fact that my card does meet all the requirements for vocom, it never works I'm the voiceless wonder Gorg building up unstoppable defenses
