console commmands?

can one of the team please tell me what are the console commands to increase fps and i already know the cs ones if any1 was thinking of posting them. I'm posting this now as when the beta is released alot of people will make pointless posts, i mean even more than now, and this post will move to the 5 page back or summit. tnx

fps_max 99 and turn off v-sync

anyone else wanna anser this? it will be useful to others aswell i hope.
