mIRC chat error

in mIRC esf chat room i was in there for bit then had
to reset my PC but now for some reason when i try
to join the chat room it says this

#esf unable to join channel (address is banned)

i have no idea why hell this adress thingie is banned
i didn't do anything wrong at all.......

maybe the whole ISP is baned !!!

Your ISP probably picked up the ban. Some other user on the same ISP probably was causing a lot of trouble and got the entire ISP banned. Try again later.

Ok my friend being telling people in esf chat to unban me
since i was banned for no freakin reason and im getting
extreemly pissed , i don't care if i double posted either , i want
to get into the damn chat for the party now if there are any
admins / mods that are in here and also in the chat can you
unban my IP adress before i chuck a huge physco!

BUT THING IS I RESET MY PC TRIED TO GET INTO THE DAMN IRC
ROOM AND IT SAYS IM BANNED AND I DIDNT DO **** ALL

can't you see why the hell im pissed off?..

I GOT BANNED FOR NO REASON.. get it NO REASON!!

and stupid crap like this happends to me all the time...
