Decal Limit?

I did a search, but was wondering how to set the decal limit for the beta in the console?

"mp_decals" is the console command.

I'm pretty sure its the black stuff and all that crap that you see on the ground (when you blast it). The lower the limit, the less decals will be on the map (which helps lag on crap comps.)
