OpenGl Help

when I run open gl, the mouse moves delayed(like latency, even on lan) and when I create a game, not join, but create, the menu sorta distorts and goes to the top left corner of my screen and stays there, it looks all funky colors and stuff, I have to press esc, then resume for it to go away, anyone know how to fix these problems.

it sounds like your graphics cards unhappy, what it is? are you using the latest drivers? and what type of mouse do you have?
usb or norm, cordless etc.

I fixed the mouse prob, yes I have the latest drivers, it happens on all my comps, I use a nvidia gforce 3
