it wont START!!

when eva i try to start it it keeps on coming up with it can't load some ddl_ls or something like that i dont know and once i fixed it and then i....just wouldn't start plz plz plz HELP!!:cry: :cry: O_O

When you load it does it say something like
"cannot load libary:ddl_ls"??
If so you may have the same problem i had...

Have you tried turning down all the graphics, the resolutions, the high quality sound, the 3d particle effect and the swooping. Do you have OpenGL or Directx8.1 or higher? If not get 8.1 or OpenGL. Make sure all the graphic are turn down. And by the way what kind of computer do you have, it may be because it's to slow.:no: :yes:

I got da modem 56k

you might want to delete all of your files except for the setup and the reinstall it worked for me...if it doesn't work tell me...

No You Guy's Are Wrong This Happend To Me He Needs To Uptade Half-Life Then ESF Should Work.

Ok i'm downloading Direct X 8.1 now and then i'll update half life and let you know thanks for the info.:tired:

i installed derixtX8.1 but.....some old same old:shocked: :\
im deletin all the esf files and installin again now

do u need a grahics card for it to play?
