Loss of Sound

Man.....either its the games...or my computer is REAL crappy. Whenever i play NS...TFC....ESF....or NE GAME........I sometimes lose sound. Yeah..you may be thinking.."oh...this is just Spam..." yeah...I wouldnt really MIND if I JUST lost sound....but it makes the game...LAGGY..even though it shows you have a good ping. It makes it seem like you have 1000+ PING! Is there ANY WAY to fix this....cuz I REALLY DONT WANNA restart my computer in the middle of a Clan Match....cuz i cant even melee a person without being able to fly near them....:\

ESF Team....you got ne ideas on how to fix this? or is it JUST my computer?
