How about bots with counterstrike?

Hello all I cant seem to get the new bot pack to run with ESF I put everything where its supposed to be..(the dll in the esf\dll folder),and changed my liblist.gam file exactly like it said to but I cant seem to get a command line.I have tried adding the -game esf -console...string to the shortcut but I get a error that says and I quote " The name'C:\Program Files\Valve\Counter-Strike\cstrike.exe -game esf -console' Specified in the target box is not valid.Make sure the path and filename are correct."
Can someone out there PLEASE help me as I love what I have seen from this game so far but am unable to to play online\connect to a server.
