Install ****ed up

My installer freezes just when it load and then i find all of these stupid files in my temp folder and everytime i try to run it the program eats up memory by puting these stupid 80mb files in my temp, i have window 98 an pentium 2.
Wtf is this the program has screwed up my comp so i need a solution quick.

Try letting it sit for a while. The installer pauses for me for about 10 seconds before it starts going. I'm on a 1.6ghz with 512 megs of ram. It will probably take a lot more time on yours
