Help me out.

Has anyone every downloaded the mod and had problems with it? Maybe thats my problem. I was just in a match and the guy left because of the same old arguement from me and I started screwin around with my attacks as krillin. Wierd as hell but I couldnt fully charge a scatter shot or what ever its called. It would get close but even from full ki it would run out before topping. Pretty sure Ive never had that happen before. What you all think?
