SBC and Big Bang

I was playing today and noticed when the SBC and Big Bang go through a ps, both Vegeta and Piccolo can move away mid-way for some reason.. is this a bug or something else?

If the pics don't work, it's cuz geocities is just being weird. Just copy and paste url in browser and they should work after a few tries usually.

SBC, Big Bang, Death Ball, Spirit Bomb, Scattering Beam, Shield Ball and Finishing Buster all allow you to move after the attack. It's not a bug.
