Ki Blob

This is pretty odd, but when a ki blob is formed, if you are under water, you don't get hurt by it. Above water, it hurts normally though. The same goes if the blob is so large it is both under and above water (this is easy to do on riverside). Underwater, nothing. Get to the surface and PAIN.

Sorry about it being already posted, but 6 pages is alot to sift through if you know what I mean. And I knew the search would prolly pop up a million references to "Ki blob".
