you just extract the folder and put the dll in the right folder and edit the thing it tells you to with write

i did extract da dills but i dunno wat 2 do wit da liblist.gam thing it says 2 change something and i did but it makes ma game not work plz help me

Open the liblist.gam file with notepad, then change it so instead of saying:

version "Beta 1"
size "160000000"
svonly "0"
cldll "0"
type "multiplayer_only"
nomodels "1"

gamedll "dlls\hl.dll"

It says this:

or simply remove the "//" of the first gamedll-line and put them in front of the second
