Host_init: couldnt load GFX/Palette.LMP

Whenever i try to enter a game or even the console form the main menu, i get "Host_Init: Couldn't load GFX/Palette.LMP" it then crashes to the desktop

any ideas?

Give us some info, what ya running it on? What video mode?

AMD Athlon 1700+
Soyo Dragon KT333 w/ 256MB Corsair DDRPC2100
GainWard GEforce4 TI 4200

does this on all video modes, all resolutions.
