Mr. Satan(hurcule)

I was playing my old sega saturn dbz shinbutohden and i thought it was great how a worthless character like mr. satan was acctually good. So i thought why not have him on this game with all his gadets and homing rockets and grenades and stuff. He would be the fun character to be. His flying would be a jetpack and instead of recharging ki he refuels and reloads his stuff!?

well the weapons can´t even hurt the others
and i think this is a suggestion
