does anyone else have problems with this game crashing?

I know it's the beta version in all but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem cause it all ways seem to happen to me when I start a game by myself and do goku spirit bomb attack the game just shut off and I'm at my desktop again this. This also happens sometimes when I'm online with other people, And also does anyone know and good servers out there for this game cause I kinda always finding myself looking for a server for like 5 or 10 min and when I do sometimes it won't even let me in, so someone please help a newbie out.

the beta has transformations, melee and blockstruggles

Don't run the game in software rendering mode, no processor can handle the load of floating point geometry and particle effects. Use OGL or D3D instead.
