Why is the WEbsite still down

this website has been down for me for about 2weeeks why isent it back online i need it back online lol why is it down?????

I still can't access hotmail ever since my comp woz restored from that nasty hack/virus type thingy so maybe its the same problemo i dont know

i think by down he means that is down for maintinace like Mastasurf posted...

and maybe they are just fixing up the site.so everything works correctly
