How Do I Install? I Get Errors!!!

i tried to install the exe "esfb100.exe"
but when i install it, i get the error, "unable to icreate Installdriver instance"

how do I get around this?!?!
what do i need to do?

I have no installed any previous version of ESF and I am running windows2000 professional with service pack 2. please educate me T_T
