Spectator glitch

Ok i dont kno how some people do it but some people go spectators and then there on their own team playing. He appears to be your friend because when you target him the crosshair is green and he kills everyone. I dont get how a spectator can fight Will this be fixed for 1.1?

i also don't get it....but i do know it's a known bug and it will probably be fixed in the beta 1.1...

yea people who do that really start to confuse the hell outta ya sometime when your ina heated fight

It's the fact that when you go into spec. mode, youy are'nt REALLY going into spectator mode... You're just turning invisable, unable to do anything but move, teleport and die.

no. if you join a game, then choose a team, then hit "c" (to change teams) then choose spectator mode, you can fight as a spectator. This just means you fight everyone in a team game.

There seem to be spectator bugs in a lot of mods. In TFC you would get people floating around C\O noclip thx to spectator mode shooting freely at everything.

i like fightin while spec in team modes jsut cuz im against everyone lol
