Can I Make The Bots More PowerFul They r Suck can I make them Pros or Something?

Well, you can make them a little better by going into the console and typing botskill 5.
Numbers 1-5 work, 5 being the best, 1 the worst, 2 the default. It doesn't affect their skill much though.

and about the 1.1 y isnt anyone developing anything
it past two weaks and nothing changed in the list of y did they did and what not

esf is the best mod in the world...but updating their site is something which they don't do often. This doesn't mean they're not working!!! Look at harSens, he has never posted in his dev journal (or at least not in this layout) but he did a lot of the coding in beta 1.0 (and will do in 1.1). The team takes most of it's time for creating esf..not for updating the site...just let them work and not update the site this will mean you will have your playable updates sooner!!!!They work hard and don't update the site!!But this takes care of the speed of development!!!!
