error message when trying to create game

Hi im a student at a boarding school where we have a firewall. This firewall is a problem as far as playing over the net but lan games are still playable. I d/l the new version of esf and it works up until the point where i actually create a game. It then exits but gives me an error message saying Mod_Num for name: voiceicon.spr not found. If ne one knows how to fix this it would mean soooo much to me.

Ive done that millions of times it still doesnt budge i really want to play this game please if someone else is having this problem and knows what to do I would appreciate it greatly
