same problem with mod_num voiceicon.spr missing

When I try to make a game thats wat happens and since LAN games r the only type i can play due to a firewall at my school thats what i use. I have tried reinstalling and re downloading but those dont work. I didn't d/l the zip version so I really dont see why there is a problem please someone respond I have no trouble playin the alpha version but the beta version does not work. PLease if someone has a solution it would be greatly appreciated
