Starting Power Level

Is there a command, script or something where I can start with a higher PL. Like on CStrike sv_startmoney.

There is no command for starting powerlevels and there never will be because it would get abused.

My friend said that when he joined a server his power level was about 30 mill. How would that be? I saw when you have more people the bigger the kai blast is and how powerful it is.

yeah, i ahve been in servers, where i could transform right away. I think the server host can set it for everyone, but i don't know how. I am assuming he types somethkng in the console...

When you join a new server your powerlevel is set to the server average. It's amazing how few people know this.

It balances it out.
