Powerstruggle problem

I have a problem, when I am playing esf with my brother and do a powerstruggle it happens.....
I have a bigger powerlevel , and i am winning the powerstruggle then I see another beam coming right at me and hits me!
It's not a huge problem but it's stange because I am winning .
So please tell me what's the problem.

what is get of it you where winning and in the PS you where hit by another beam...?

are you sure your not seeing things becauls you cant shot 2 beamz or you where not alone just some other guy shot a beam @ you. but still i'm not sure what your saying...

i think he means that someone else might of beamed him...
and if he didnt then he might have been loosing the hole time......

so your saying that you are winning the PS, but suddenly the other person's beam comes and hits you? thats what i understood from what you said anyway.... maybe you were loosing the PS? was the meter down the side in the blue or the red?

Maybe he is using a FinishingbBuster/BigBang then when u r psing it, he blasts u :/
