Client.dll problem! HELP!!!

I need help!!!!!!

When I go to join a game it begins toload and then it goes back to the net games screen and an error message occurs saying that it couldn't find library: c:...counterstrike/cll_dlls/client.dll.

I checked and the client.dll is there so why the hell is it screwing up!?!?!?!
