my game crashes...

my game always crashes at the very beginning of a game...i will get in the server game and then after about 5 secs. or so the game crashes, sometimes it won't even let me join the server and then it will crash...any help is appreciated, i am noob so sorry if this has already been answered...thanks

That happens to me to do you have windows xp?? I think it might be WinXP Ive heard that XP has a glitch with half life. If any one has any answere E-mail me at [email protected] or IM me at Snow1586. :cry:

You have to change the video settings in the game to make it work!

First the video settings which was said before will work....but i have this problem 2.....u might just have a s*** computer..... it works for my laptop but hardly never works 4 my pc.....since i only have 192 sdram blah blah blah.....try to upgrade if u dont have a good video card....but if ur lazy try it under the direct video setting. A server that always works 4 me is West #3 ..this server is great
