i keep getting this error message when i try to install esfbeta1

This installer package could not be opened, contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valide windows installer package.

where did you download your esf mod from?

Yea, the .exe is probably messed up. Try downloading it some place else and if the problem continues errr I have no idea heh. Sorry I can't be more of a help to you! :cry:

I know 3 thing which can causes this ...

1. your C: Dirve is full and he can't extract the tempfiles on it ...
Do your tempfolder to D: or clean your C:

2. your Installer is an old version and can't extract the files
search for a newer one (www.microsoft.com)

3. as R@!D3R said ... maybe is your exe cracked ...
re-download it ...

Tip: there's a "Help"-Forum ... put these threads in this one...
Tip2: write the real subject in "subject" not "help me please"
