3 Questions. Need Help BADLY ! Please Help !

I am a newbie to ESF and I really need help. I have 3 questions that I need answering and please can you help me...

Q1 : How do I change form ? (I already know that you need to get the CF bar to max !)

Q2 : Where can I download Bots for ESF ? (Can you either tell me the name of the Bot or the web address !)

Q3 : Is there a 'whatsnew.txt' that I can check out for ESF ? (I would like to know what's been added, fixed or changed in each version !)

ALL i know is q1 and that is Z

And Q3 : No, there is no whatsnew.txt file.

How do we know what's new in each version ???

Okay, we know that ESF was just released as Beta 1.0. But say Beta 1.1 gets released...how the hell, do we know what is new in Beta 1.1 ???

Does anyone understand my dilema ??? If you do, please help !
