Crashes When Creating T^T Plz Help

I keep crash when i make

it says

precatching..... - dont know how to spell then it says

done precatching - then it crashes

Make sure you downloaded the lastest Counter strike Update/patch.

i want to search for you, but i am using 56k crappy atm :|

if its crashing when ur creating the goto configeration > video >video modes then click on open gl then ur done (hope i helped)
