Installing help for ME users and maybe soem others

I have figured out that windows installshield sometimes does not liek ESF. It may take a while for the Installshield to work but DO NOT end task it... let it run and after a while or so it should continue... i have no idea why it does this... anyone else want to raise a little light on the matter?

you Got win2000 or xp? :| i got same problem. it only takes 2 or less min.
